Narvikfjellet backcountry

Narvikfjellet is a truly unique place to enjoy lift accessed backcountry riding. Skiing or snowboarding powder surrounded by fjords and mountains, is an extraordinary experience. 

There are many backcountry options in Narvikfjellet with different levels of difficulty. Since we have detailed knowledge of the mountain, we can take you to spots few others are able to find. We choose routes and runs based on your level of experience and your wishes.

Since the old chairlift to the summit will not run in the season 2024/2025, we will use the other lifts to ride the ungroomed in the ski area and use skins to reach Linken and Tredjetoppen and the vast backcountry area surrounding these summits.

Price: 1-2 persons 5500NOK, 3-4 persons 6000NOK, 5-6 persons 6500NOK

Time: The tour lasts from 1PM to approx. 6PM

Requirements:

Personal ski or snowboarding touring gear (can be rented) and clothing 

Avalanche equipment (can be rented)

Lunch pack and something to drink during the day (if we're not using one of the cafés or restaurants in the ski area
