Brasseriet Naustet is located at Fjellkysten Guesthouse and is a restaurant where the flavours are characterized by Scandinavian craftsmanship and a huge passion for food. Where local products and Nordic flavours are the main menu’s thread. All the food we cook is also the food we love.

We let the nature decide the kind of food we make inspired by the actual season. When you sit in our restaurant you’ll see the beautiful view over the fjord, and when you walk out our main entrance you see the forest and the mountains. We want this to be reflected in our food by serving the best of both worlds. Our goal is to always surprise our guests and give them a really good and unforgettable experience.

Our restaurant is open from 01 June to 01 September from 17.00 to 21.00 every summer.
Outside the summer season, serving other than breakfast must be arranged in advance.
